This chapter provides an overview of the My FRIENDS Youth Resilience programme, then presents student data from the programme evaluation to understand what young people learned, valued and used from the programme. The chapter also explores how Māori and Pacific students experienced the programme, and how gender differences influenced student involvement in the programme.
